14–15 August 2026 · Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower

The Founding Constituent Assembly of the International Jurisdictions Council brings together, for the first time, the founding group of Constituent Designated Law Practices and the founding Fellows of the Assembly of Global General Counsel.

Two closed sessions. One joint evening. The people who carry cross-border legal responsibility centrally and the practices that execute it locally — together in the same room at the beginning of a serious institution.

This is a private institutional event. There is no public programme, no conference format, no day tickets. Attendance is through designation or fellowship only.

"The venue is not the event. The venue is the container. What matters is who is in the room and what the conversation produces. Barcelona in August provides the setting. The founding group and the inaugural Fellows provide the substance. Those two things — present for the first time in the same room on 14 August 2026 — constitute the institution's beginning."
