Joe-Adams & Madison Consulting, abbreviated J&M Consulting, is a company registered with the Trade and Furniture Credit Register since 2018 and specializing in legal and tax advice and assistance to investors, industrial and commercial companies, and NGOs.
The manager
The J&M firm is managed by the Managing Partner, Jean Pascal OUENDENO. Jean Pascal holds a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Sonfonia / Conakry and a certification in Human Resources Management from Akamai University / USA. To date he is in the process of finalizing an MBA in Corporate and International Taxation at OTC / Burkina Faso. Jean Pascal is perfectly bilingual, French and English.
Before joining J&M, Jean Pascal worked as legal and tax advisor in three other firms namely, AFRIC ‘Conseil, PwC and C2A. He also worked as Tax Manager for the Société Minière de Dinguiraye (SMD), where he remained a tax consultant after his resignation.
Jean Pascal has a good knowledge of the Guinean mining sector as well as of Chinese investments in the sector and in particular the Boffa bauxite project managed by the companies CHALCO GUINEA COMPANY & CHALCO GUINEA PORT which he managed during his stay at the PwC firm. as Manager.
The team of partners and consultants Jean Pascal is directly assisted by three other partners, each with more than ten years of experience in the field of legal and tax advice to companies from all sectors.
Below this managerial team, a staff of three consultants works effectively on the development of the firm’s activities.
