Nathalie is a tax lawyer with a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation and a DJCE (Diploma in Corporate and Tax Law), bringing over 30 years of expertise in international mobility strategy and cross-border workforce management. Her practice focuses on the legal, tax, immigration, and policy dimensions of global mobility for multinational organizations.

She began her career at EY in Paris, advising French and international groups on mobility policy audits, cross-border structuring, tax optimization, and compliance matters.

After a decade in private practice, she joined Accenture, where she spent 20 years building and transforming the Group’s International Mobility function across EMEA and LATAM. As Managing Director for Global International Mobility, she:

  • Built and led a global network of 200 internal experts

  • Reorganized the function into shared service platforms across Asia and the Americas

  • Implemented innovative diagnostic and decision-support systems for international assignments

  • Headed the Group’s Immigration and Tax Center of Excellence, overseeing global mobility risk management

Since 2018, Nathalie has been a Partner at HELMA International, serving as Managing Director since 2021. She advises multinational companies on strategic mobility governance, immigration compliance, tax risk management, and the structuring of international workforce policies.

An active contributor to the international legal community, she is a professor at the Catholic University of Lille (Master 2 HR – International Mobility) and regularly speaks at global conferences, including the International Bar Association (IBA), the Global Equity Organisation (GEO), and leading “Big Four” and law firm events. She also provides executive training, notably for Cercle Magellan.

Nathalie contributed to the drafting of the European ICT (Intra-Corporate Transferee) Directive at the European Commission in Brussels.
